Beer Director Greg Engert will unveil some of the very newest, rarest, and most alluring Saisons he’s been collecting for this special festival of farmhouse ales. Guests will be treated to 15 different, sensational draft Saisons including:
Sasuga Saison from Oxbow Brewing Company in Maine
Elysian Brewing Company’s The Perfesser (brewed w/ plums and spiked w/ Brettanomyces)
Saison de Lente from The Bruery
Also on hand are some Saisons spiced up with all sorts of interesting botanicals:
Stillwater Kopstootje (brewed both as a deconstruction of Bols Genever and as the perfect accompaniment)
L’Olmaia Karkade (Tuscan Saison w/ Hibiscus) and Piccolo Seson (Ligurian Saison w/ Chinotto) from Italy
Allagash Saison Mihm (brewed w/ Juniper, Lemongrass and local honey)
